Facade finishing at the residential complex "LIFE-Kutuzovsky"

Dear colleagues and visitors of our website, we are honored to present to your attention yet another project of our work.

This is a relatively small project for us, although the entire residential complex is undoubtedly a dominant feature of the surrounding development. We are talking about the elite residential quarter "Kutuzovsky Life," which is part of the "Life" series by the well-known Moscow developer GC "Pioneer."

The project was developed by the architectural bureau "ADM" under the leadership of Andrey Romanov and Ekaterina Kuznetsova. The complex of multi-storey residential buildings is designed in a modern style using expensive finishing materials for the facade.

The exclusive clinker in various colors from chocolate brown to turquoise allows for the highlighting of individual buildings while simultaneously creating a harmonious visual ensemble. The use of Jura Limestone in the transition structure between the buildings has highlighted a light natural shade that complements the wooden style.

The lightest option of Jura Limestone, Jura Cream, was chosen for this, which was additionally lightened by sandblasting. A total of about 750 m² of Jura stone was used, including for the finishing of complex radius ceiling lanterns.
