Dear colleagues, allow me to present to you another project featuring Jura Limestone from our company. This concerns the elite complex of residential and office buildings "Marine Residence." This facility is located in a prestigious area of St. Petersburg on Vasilievsky Island by the Gulf of Finland, where the architecture of pre-revolutionary Russia predominates.
The complex was designed by the architectural bureau "Liteynaya Chast 91" under the leadership of Dayanov Rafael Maratovich. The developer and investor, the company "Expoforum," dared to create a truly unique object of modern urban planning while preserving the appearance and style of the great masters of architecture from the Petrine era.
🔍The construction of the facade lasted almost 2 years. Nearly 2500 cubic meters of Jura Limestone were processed. The client was very meticulous in choosing the material for the facade finishing and in planning the production of the finished elements.
Our company was honored to participate in such an ambitious project alongside renowned stone processors from Saint Petersburg.
We cannot say that the project went off without a hitch, but nevertheless, the adjustment period for all participants was passed quite quickly, and the Jura Limestone industry in Germany met the deadline. A total of about 40,000 m² of Jura stone products were produced and installed for all four buildings of the "Marine Residence," which was commissioned at the end of the challenging year of 2020.
🔍We hope that the harsh climate of the Northern Capital of Russia will still allow us to take high-quality professional photographs of this landmark object for Saint Petersburg in the near future, which will undoubtedly enter the list of architectural monuments of the city in modern history.
