Dear colleagues, we continue our series of narratives about the projects completed by JuraLimestone GmbH for facades in Russia.
The theme of this brief description will be the project of a premium residential building in the very center of Moscow, namely on Balchug Island on Sadovnicheskaya Embankment – Balchug Viewpoint.
Indeed, the stars of the Kremlin can be seen from the roof of the residential complex.
🔍This residential complex was designed by the renowned European architect Hadi Teherani at the international architectural bureau BRT RUS. The Chief Architect of the Project was the Moscow architect Ksenia Kapustina.
🔍The unusual dynamics of the facade using natural materials for the finishing of Balchug Viewpoint allowed for the creation of a residential complex of elite European level in the heart of the capital.
🔍Our company JuraLimestone GmbH has been able to demonstrate a high level of raw material preparation and material selection (JuraLimestone Jura Gold – 7500 m²) for this construction, which made our participation in this ambitious project possible. The specification included hundreds of sizes of Jurassic stone.

Here is the result of the creativity of the team of architects, the hard work of the builders, and the vision of the developer. The elite residential complex "Balchug Viewpoint" in the very center of the capital will undoubtedly be included in the list of achievements of Moscow architecture of our time.
