Dear colleagues, as part of our narratives on completed facade projects in Russia, we would like to draw your attention to the large residential complex "Kvartal 38 A".
This array of buildings is located in the Southwest of Moscow - near the intersection of Obrucheva Street and Leninsky Prospekt. The block is a large development consisting of several buildings. In the business class buildings, natural Jura Limestone in beige tones was used for the facade finishing.
The complex was designed by Workshop No. 11 of OAO "Mosproject" under the leadership of Boris Semyonovich Messburg. The chief architect of the project is Provotorov Petr Petrovich.
Our company participated in the second stage of construction of this residential complex.
🔍We were tasked with emphasizing the pronounced dynamics of the facade to create individual expressiveness and a volumetric effect of the buildings.
Considering the number of floors of the elite residential complex and the climate of Moscow, we have presented a wide range of beige tones of Jura Limestone for use in exterior finishes.
🔍As a result of achieving maximum contrast, Jura Limestone Jura Cream sandgestrahlt and Jura Limestone Jura Noce C320 were selected.
In total, we supplied over 23,000 m² of Jura Limestone for the external facade finishing of the two buildings of the residential complex "Kvartal 38 A".
