Villa Vienna

About the project
In the center of Vienna, yet without contact with the city, there is a villa with an expressive facade located within a green park. From the entrance side, a stepped roof is visible, with each segment featuring facade planes at different angles, creating an overall rounded shape of the building's facade. The Jura Cream limestone slabs, only 1 cm thick and measuring 61.0 x 30.5 cm, together with the insulation system, form the building's exterior facade. The light tones of Jura marble and the dark tones of Ocean Blue in the same sizes create the necessary contrast in the areas of windows and doors. The sandblasted surfaces of the stones give the entire building a discreet yet elegant appearance. Natural stones are also used in the villa's interior, giving it a stylish atmosphere. Wall slabs made of Jura Beige in an antique finish are used in the pool area. Monotony is broken by various slab formats of 30x30, 30x60, 60x60, and 90x60 cm.
