Boldrewood Campus
To address everyday issues related to the modern educational and working environment, the Boderwood campus of the University of Southampton was transformed into a modern research center: new buildings were united by their ensemble of materials, which consisted mainly of Jura limestone, zinc slabs, terracotta, aluminum, glass, and cedar wood.
The architects (Grimshaw Architects) using a binding combination of these materials created harmony between the buildings, while still highlighting individual objects with varying proportions of the selected facade materials. Jura Beige panels were installed by Szerelmey as a rainscreen facade.
The stone used in the facade finishing:

Most of the polished limestones with a thickness of 4 cm had already been delivered pre-assembled and glued at the factory with all necessary edge treatments and fastenings.
