Residential Complex "Mirazdanie"
About the project
"Mirazdanie" is a premium-class residential complex from Setl City at Mira Street, 37, just two minutes from the Petropavlovskaya Embankment in Saint Petersburg. Within walking distance from the house are the Peter and Paul Fortress and the famous cruiser "Aurora." The architectural concept of the residential complex was developed at the well-known architectural bureau "Intercolumnium" under the management of Evgeny Podgornov. The facades of the building are finished with natural Jurassic stone, facing tiles, and thin-layer mineral plaster, adorned with French balconies and pilasters. A distinctive feature of the house is the wings located on the opposite side from the residential complex. On the top floors of the complex are attics and terraces, giving the building a light, elegant appearance that corresponds to the character of the area. Lightness and elegance are the hallmarks of this structure. For the project, light clinker bricks as well as natural Jurassic marble in a light cream shade Jura Cream with special brush treatment were chosen.
