The office center "Marine Residence" is located in one of the iconic places in Saint Petersburg. The prestigious location on Vasilievsky Island, on the shores of the Gulf of Finland, required the developer ExpoForum to approach this project thoroughly. The chosen architecture in the style of pre-revolutionary Saint Petersburg served as the basis for the concept of the entire complex of buildings. The residential area consists of 4 buildings, connected into one complex by a gallery that is figuratively designed in the shape of a ship, with its bow directed towards the water surface of the bay. During the construction of the facade, Jurassic marble Jura Cream of various sizes and sections was used. Our company supplied both cut-to-size parts and blanks, which were processed directly in Saint Petersburg by two well-known stone processing companies. It is worth noting that the choice of light Jurassic limestone was made intentionally.
