Residential Complex "Balchug Viewpoint"
About the project
The elite-class residential complex Balchug Viewpoint was built by the Inteko group of companies in the Zamoskvorechye area of the Central Administrative Okrug of Moscow on Sadovnicheskaya Embankment (properties 3-7). This residential complex is a 9-story multifunctional apartment complex. The architectural project of the complex was developed under the guidance of the chief architect of the project – Kapustina Ksenia at the "BRT RUS" bureau. "Balchug Viewpoint" is located in the historical center of the capital on the famous golden island of Balchug, five hundred meters from the Kremlin. Natural polished Jura stone of a neutral beige color from the special selection Jura Gold is used for the facade finishing. Jura Gold limestone - 7,500 m² Slabs with a total area of 7,500 m² cut to size were supplied directly from the factory in Germany and installed on the facade according to a special technology.
