Residential Complex "LIFE- Kutuzovsky"
About the project
The residential complex LIFE-Kutuzovsky is being built in a quiet green area of the prestigious western direction of Moscow on the banks of the Setun River. This residential complex is positioned by the developer GC Pioneer as a business class object. Eight residential buildings of varying heights have been constructed on the territory of the former woodworking factory on Gzhatskaya Street. The architectural concept of the quarter was developed by the famous Russian bureau ADM. Clinker bricks of noble shades – from chocolate brown to rich turquoise – were used for the finishing of the external walls. Our company participated in the finishing of the commercial block area - shops, restaurants, and other necessary services for a large business class residential complex. Jurassic marble Jura Cream sandblasted was chosen for the finishing of the transition lanterns. Slabs over 1 m in length were used in the lightest shade to emphasize the color transition.
