The residential complex "Petrovskaya Dominanta" is located in one of the iconic places in St. Petersburg. A prestigious location on Petrovsky Island, namely on Petrovskaya Kosa, which is very close to the Yacht Port. The complex belongs to the business-class residential complexes and is located directly by the embankment of the Small Neva. Petrovsky Island itself is an isolated area located in the city center. In the future, it will be a cluster of elite housing for respectable residents of the Northern Capital and its guests. The buildings of the residential complex "Petrovskaya Dominanta" are made of high-quality materials, one of which is Jura Gold light selection marble. The stone is found in the plinth zone and in the finishing of the passage arches. A total of 4000 m² of Jurassic stone was installed, of which 1500 m² were produced by Jura Limestone.
