"Quarter 38A" is a business-class residential complex executed in the best traditions of modern prestigious housing construction in the southwest of Moscow. Hidden from unnecessary noise, it is conveniently located on the second line of houses, at the intersection of Obrucheva Street and Leninsky Prospekt. The modern architecture using natural materials emphasizes the exclusivity of the residential complex, filling it with light, space, and absolute comfort. The use of natural Jura marble as external finishing realized the architect's intention to reflect the contrast of the facade's dynamics. Elegant forms made of eco-friendly natural materials are infused with the best technologies of modern housing construction.
