About the project
"Kalina Mall" is the largest trade and exhibition complex in Vladivostok and the Far Eastern Federal District, with a modern concept, design, and a unique pool of tenants. "Kalina Mall" is located on the southern coast of the Golden Horn Bay. The total area of the shopping and entertainment center is 102,000 square meters, and the retail area is 48,000 m². The flooring of the shopping promenade was made of natural Jurassic marble with a thickness of 2 cm. To maintain the integrity of the architectural style, the cladding of the columns was also chosen from Jurassic stone. To delineate the zoning of the floor, the architects devised various color formats of mosaics and selected samples of stone in rectangular and square formats. Some slabs reached an area of up to 1 m². The cladding of the columns made of natural Jurassic limestone consists of massive slabs of two types of stone, harmoniously combined with the flooring. A total of about 15,000 m² of natural Jurassic stone of 5 different types was laid and finished, creating a unique atmosphere of sophistication and individuality. We are pleased and proud to have had the honor to participate in such an ambitious project in the Far East, which will undoubtedly become a center of attraction for residents and guests of the capital of the Far Eastern Federal District, the city of Vladivostok.
