Residential Complex "Story"

Right from the new TPU "Avtozavodskaya" sprawls the business-class club house of the residential complex "Story." The project was implemented by the famous Moscow developer "Stone Hedge." The concept and volumetric architecture were created and designed by the architectural bureau TPO "RESERVE" under the leadership of Plotkin V.I. The project of the interior layout and finishing of the lobby with elevator halls was carried out by the architectural workshop Glekel&Partners. The flooring consists of Jura Cream limestone slabs in light tones with a polished surface. It should be noted that the shape of the floor slabs was chosen in both standard rectangular execution and in the form of parallelepipeds with oblique short sides. All of this was coordinated into a single ensemble of the entrance lobby, which corresponds to houses of such a level. The walls are also made of light-colored Jura marble, but different surface treatment methods were applied. The concierge and security desk is made in the style of "velvet" stone finishing, which is also used fragmentarily on the adjacent wall. This creates the individuality of the space and its integrity. Overall, the project features an unconventional and thoughtful design of the entrance lobby and elevator hall, as well as high-quality work by craftsmen in the installation of Jura stone.
